Contest Rules and Regulations

  1. You must be a current University of Waterloo student to enter.
  2. There is no limit as to how many entries an artist can submit, but please consider quality over quantity.
  3. The t-shirt design must represent SoFA, fine arts, or the Fine Arts Department in some way.
  4. The image should not contain any copyrighted material.
  5. Entries must be sent to the SoFA gmail account (sofa.uw@gmail.com) by 11:59 p.m. on September 15, 2010 to be considered. The subject line must contain the words “SoFA T-shirt Design Contest 2010.” The email must contain artist’s name and contact information (email is preferred).
  6. Image file specifications: All entries must be 600 DPI CMYK for printing quality reasons. Lower resolution images should be sent in for judging, as long as the higher resolution is available when requested. Lower resolution images must be no larger than 200 kb. JPEG, GIF and PNG are acceptable formats.
  7. Design, rules and deadlines may be subject to modification.
  8. All decisions are final.
