Hello all! Just another reminder about the “Art Rocks the Pub” event! Please purchase tickets soon – as money made from this event will go towards getting a new fridge for the ECH (as we all know how disgusting the old one is). Also, this event has been opened up to everyone within the Arts Faculty – remember, you can also bring lots of guests to this event!  Old information about the event:

SOFA wants to celebrate all the hard work you’ve been doing with an end of term event!  “Art Rocks the Pub” will be happening Sat. Dec.5th at 8pm, in the “Solarium” at the Duke of Wellington (33 Erb St. West, Waterloo). It’s on the lower level of the Atrium if you’ve never been before. Anyway, this is a 19+ event for art students, as well as their friends (and also for any profs who want to party). The ticket price is $3, which will cover the appetizers being served (however, you are in charge of paying for any drinks you buy). Tickets can be bought from the SOFA executives at any SOFA meeting, or you can email us at sofa.uw@gmail.com to let us know where/when you’ll be around the ECH so we can come find you.

Please come out to the next SOFA meeting: Dec. 2nd – 12pm, rm 1218.  You can purchase Pub tickets from us then.

Another thing: the 4th Years are having a silent art auction and sale at the Artery Gallery. This is to raise money for their end of year show in April (this money will help to make the show awesome!).
